[IMC-Editorial] clerking access/an account plz

https://www.indymedia.org/earth/servlet/Mir is ust like our Seattle interface.  But where do I get an account authorized?  I recall no notice to the clerk list, or the ed list?  Is it another "distribution of mail" problem?  or did nothing go out?  or ?
