If justice is blind, why does it matter what Martha Stewart wears to court? Judging from
all the media uproar over her Hermes Birkin handbag, one could easily assume that being
rich in America has now become a crime in and of itself! I have been where Martha Stewart
now finds herself and survived the brutal unreality of America's alleged ClubFed prisons.
Would you be interested in speaking with a former attorney and federal prisoner (convicted
of Interstate Securities Fraud) regarding the Martha Stewart trial? Karen Bond, Director
of Governmental Affairs and Public Policy for the nonprofit Federal Prison Policy Project
is available to discuss with you:
- process of being a female federal defendant of a white collar crime from
investigation to incarceration
- jury selection and Martha's trial from the view of a former federal defendant
- emotional impact of being the target of an FBI probe and a federal defendant
- life in prison as a middle age female convicted of a white-collar crime
- why there will be no such thing as ClubFed for Martha if convicted
-
Would you be interested in speaking with Karen? Karen is a frequent guest on Fox, MSNBC
and CNBC news shows as well as radio talk shows around the nation.
Regards,
Karen
