[IMC-Editorial] missing links in features

hi folks,

first of all thanks for the good work at keeping our global page full of 
great information!

second, i was reding the recent features and i realised that both the 
"SPECIAL Actions of Interest" and "NO BIOTECH, NO G8 Bi-Coastal Protests 
in the United States" don't have links to sf imc. i think it would be 
good to add links to it too.
