[IMC-Editorial] AHAMAD MASSOUD assasination and the CIA

I wish to pose the following question:

Did the CIA cause the death of Ahmad Massoud on September 9, 2001,  to create 
a CIA backed alliance between Uzbecks and Tajiks to get rid of Taliban 
influence so they could build their PIPELIINE???  

The Taliban was opposed to the pipeline and Massoud would never tolerate 
foreign occupation and he was not corruptable.  Though the Taliban was blamed, 
they have repreatedly said they had nothing to do with killing Massoud.  

Also, Massoud was allied with Iran.   

How lucky for the oil companies that these chains of events occurred.  I find 
these events far too coincidental. Any comments?
