[IMC-Editorial] rockymountain imc list administration

Dear editorial imc-istas,

I am sending this email to these both lists because I am trying to help
out with list work.

This list has more than 600 posts awaiting moderator
approval. It has an official 'owner' or moderator, but I have not
received an answer from this owner.  I would need at least a volunteer 
to do some admin job with this list, or otherwise it will have to be 
deleted.

There is some admininstration work involved but I will help whoever
takes on the task.
