[Imc-finance] question about funds

I'm sure feelings and thoughts are all over the place re IMC as NGO or
anarchist.
This discussion has nothing to do with the money in the bank.
We didn't really want the money. We do have to decide how to use it as a
global collective. It might be worth it for the process and creating a way to
deal more easily in the future.
What better can you imagine/suggest for process for dealing with this? An
arbitrary decision? made by?
