[Imc-finance] Calling an imc-finance liaisons IRC meeting

Yes i would be up for an IRC chat about finance - it would be the 
best way to get things moving - i think we had such and intense 
process to decide the spending policy that we got exhausted!

I have some sympathy with the call just to send all the money out to 
all imc's (with i hope the more stable imc's declining) because of 
the endless that will come our way with having a stash of money - but 
i am sure we can work out just as direct and clear ways to get this 
money to those in the network that need it - and maybe some towards 
tech, which i am sure must always need updating!

Maybe the first thing would be to be clear to all IMC's what it is 
possible to request - the calls for $20,000 just froze the process. 
And as we have heard nothing else since that mail, no update, no 
understanding of the difficulty it posed, i am glad we did not 
consider it! (I did them a few time off list asking them to clear up 
the situation)

So lets organise an IRC and see what options come up
