i think it should be the following tuesday. can someone figure out a
good time using www.timeanddate.org so we can have more people
participating?
in the meantime, using the list as ted as suggested, perhaps we can
discuss the proposals that have been brought forward to this list and
get a summary, as well as getting clear on what the proposal we
passed on this list for disbursing funds means in terms of actually
implementing it, and reviewing any request from other imcs for funds.
any volunteers?
would love to see a proposal from south africa. has anyone seen one?
