all.
as far as i could tell this proposal was not sent
translation@lists.indymedia.org so i went ahead and did so.
also i have a couple of questions before i can personally make a decision
about sending this money or not:
1) i origially thought that the emergency funding was limited to $500 but
after reading the meta-proposal again it seems that there is no limit to
emergency funding. is there no limit to emergency funding?
2) if we approve this in the two-day deadline, how much time will that
leave SA-IMC between when they recieve the money and when the WSSD is
finished? if it is less than two days then the money may not be of much
use - at least not for this one event. in which case we would not be in
an 'emergency funding situation'.
i am not representing a local imc with this email- just myself.
peace.
vishal.
