[Imc-finance] Very much in favor of the SA funding proposal

As a liason for IMC-Athens in this list, i strongly agree with the 
proposal to send the 2,200$ to S.Africa IMC. There is no excuse in 
opposing the deisicion, they are really in need of the money. It 
doesn't matter that much if this money actually buys the certain 
equipment before Saturday (when the big demonstration is taking place), 
they will buy it now if they feel that we will pass the money, and 
recover the money when we send it to them. Or they can use it on paying 
other costs for the coverage.

There are a lot of things to be clarified in the finance process and we 
should begin doing that in the upcoming IRC meeting. But we have to 
move forward in this (practically and symbolically) important issue 
without having the "perfect" procedure.
