We do NEED to 'communicate'...
(the comminications list should get their act together first, in terms of

We both know it's NOT a loan.

But the lanuage we used, made us both feel better about,

we both know his gift will get spent on things, he'd normally NOT do him self.

#6 of the unity statment makes us that big-brother.

we should take some responcibilty to build a frame-work.
that way we can handle the "Desired effect" rather actual request.

EXAMPLE:  should I request money so I can up-load an audiofile at an
internet-cafe', or could I get the home address of an IMC'er who will help me
up-load the file....?

(that is what a network should look like.)  you can make coffee/tea and
sandwiches, and find out more by meeting me in person, than you can with an
artical.  (can i say IMC convergance)  you can offer me couch to sleep on, so
I don't need the hotel money either.
