Hi Gaele (et al.),

The Global Network is fiscally sponsored by the Urbana-Champaign IMC.
The UCIMC creates annual reports that account for our expenses and income.
This year our report will include Global Network funds. To be a
non-profit in the States, we are required by U.S. law to do this (I'm not
sure what the laws governing your organization mandate).

Annual reports can become nightmares for both the sponsor organization and
its sponsored projects. I would strongly recommend keeping them as short
and transparent as possible -- for small organizations (like us) who don't
have a full-time accounting staff it is often much easier to have a
contact where people can ask questions than to try to create a report that
answers all of them ahead of time.

We also post our annual report online so that it is easily accessible for
those who wish to look it over. Hopefully this helps to answer your
question -- it was pretty broad -- you can contact me off-list if you have
others,

In solidarity,
