yikes, I don't know where abouts to jump in here.

"centeralisied high...structure".

Victoria is not a registered (anything).  we took # 6 of the unity statment
seriously.

We did earn money one year $300.00 media semminar.

This year somebody passed a hat at a teach-in for us. $90.00

In victoria we don't know how to write grant applications.
besides, we're disqualified from most, because of our Non-official status.
(not a registered anything)

#6 of the Unity statement does one thing more, for us.

#6 of of the Unity Statement give us some degree of protection from our
"new-securty-police" apparatus.

we didn't file anything,
we don't exhist in reality...!

we are only a concept...!

like fallowers of a "cult",
we try to maintian an Open-Publishing news wire.
Hold open meetings.
and try to offer an alturnitive to "centeralized" media controll.

I think we should re consider something about the UIMC situation.

As a net-work, we are a "higharchtical structure".

The net-work imposses a structure for NEW-IMC's to apply.  (don't they)

The net-work recruiting certain people, to do specific things.

I'd love UIMC finding some money for us in victoria BC canada.

buy us a building so we can opperate a store frount,

make that building big enough, so that visting IMC'ers,
canl find a place to sleep. (for free)

Buy us a building and fund our radio/TV station.!
Give us enough cash, and we'll broadcast louder than "radio-marti"
(victoria sits below the 49' paralle on the west coast)

I suport "power" individuals doing what is needs to be done.!

The IMC concept is stalled right now.

"don't hate the media, become the media"...!

last time I checked, the electricty I used to write this letter, costs money.

vid-cams cost money... buying 1000 of them is cheeper.
having them donated by Sony is something else.
(feild testing/evaluation reports)

We need, as a "net-work", to recuit some power people to do some work for us.

can we say job discriptions, and limits...?

I see the over-all merrits of dictating our needs to employee's

but, I do think it worth considering.

it means re-visting FORD and using the objections as guild-lines.

Ps... the situation with victoria I thought was worth mentioning.

I do suport a panhandling level of fund razing.
(no records are kept, no recipts offered)

we got $90.00 from an event, one of us wanted to attend.
all in cash....!

$50.00 went to ender, $40.00 for rent (fernwood)
