[Imc-finance] Proposal from India IMC

glad to hear from the madurai collective and glad to see a proposal 
for funding from that part of the world.

clarifying suggestion:

Put a dollar figure to your proposal:

Since our process here on the finance list with regard to receiving 
and discussing proposals is based on proposal amounts (over a certain 
amount we need to take the proposal through the liaisons on this list 
back to their local collective for discussion), it would be best if 
you submit your proposal with a dollar figure attached to it.  so how 
much would it cost you to purchase those items below in india?  or 
even having them shipped if costs are really high there.  i have no 
idea about costs.  we also have good friends at sarai.net, perhaps 
they have used equipment they could sell (just another idea).

then we can begin some discussion.
