request of 500 dollars to cover the demostrations of december 15-20- very 
masived. very decentralized protests, lot of posibilities of represion and  big 
crisis

for waht we need the money: buy or rent cell phones, mount an media center and 
altervative spaces.- make a masive flyer- tapes- internet conection- phones 
calls to all around the country- reparation of broken and dirty video cameras -
litle emergency founds - and some people thinks that also we need to buy 
bullets prof vests.

deadline: we thinked in 2 weeks, but a serie of things that we made wrong
(including climates changes and polution) made that we send the proposal later, 
so we ask to discuss it in a week.

the second step of the original proposal (the longest email of nikito) is a 
proposal to keep the structure and make new projects for 6 months. you can feel 
free in read it later.

i also wrote a response to evan questions, but is too late, and i have to make 
a teach.in to make a radio show tomorrow, and tomas told me that my english 
looks like tarzan in a bad day, and marol is doing a research of all the 
actions of december 20 and the rest of the people is in the streets, so nobody 
can fix it. so, i'll send it latter.-
 i apologize for the bad redaction of our grant. To the evan response i wrote 
this:

"Don't worry with us. We know very well how to take pictures, make video, build 
a fm transmiter with potatos, write reports like poems, and to dance two days 
without sleep and then go to the police station to rescue blicero, but we don't 
know how to write grants. We are just learning :))
