[Imc-finance] challenging issues we need to discuss

hola,

here's something i posted to this list back in october.  i never 
heard from any of the liaisons on this list.  did anyone send it to 
your local imc for discussion?  i wrote it when things were very hot 
and was hoping that it would spark a much needed conversation.  one 
that many people say we must have but that people are not putting the 
effort into having.  given how these issues are at the heart of some 
of the work we must do as a network, i was really surprised at the 
silence.  i spent a fair amount of time putting this together and 
felt that it reflected a number of the issues we have to consider in 
terms of network sustainability and issues surrounding money.  but it 
really is more than just funding.   i'm reposting it again so that we 
don't forget that it's on the table.
