After a two days of internal discussion in IMC-Athens there is now a consen=
sus on approving also the second step (2.300$ for a six-month period) of th=
e IMC-Argentina request.
The points made by Evan are somehow valid, but:
1. The amount of the money is not an excesive one.
2. IMC-Argentina is producing ground-breaking work under extremely difficul=
t circumstances.
3. The social struggle of Argentina is extremely important and the IMC netw=
ork should help both economically, physically and morally the process of "c=
overing" it.
