these proposals were passed about 3 months after the initial proposal
was made. i thought it was good to see them. they were on the old
wiki, but that link no longer works. they need to get up on the new
wiki.

PROPOSAL A:
For making structural decisions concerning the Finance Working Group, we
will use the following the decision-making process:
1. 2-week long discussion period;
2. Week-long discussion extensions by request;
3. Clearly defined decision deadlines;
4. Posting pending working group decisions/deadlines to our summary page.
All timelines for proposal decision-deadlines will begin 3 days after the
proposal is sent to the translation list. Authors of proposals are
responsible for sending the proposal to the translation list.
All pending requests must be posted to the IMC-Finance summary page (or
its replacement) with clearly labeled decision-deadlines and funding
summaries. The summary page is located at:

PROPOSAL B:
For making fund allocations we will follow the following decision-making
timeline:
EMERGENCY FUNDING: 2 Days
REGULAR FUNDING below 500$: 1 week -- with 1 day extensions by request.
REGULAR FUNDING above 500$: 2 weeks -- with 1-week extensions by request.
All timelines for proposal decision-deadlines will begin 3 days after the
proposal is sent to the translation list. Authors of proposals are
responsible for sending the proposal to the translation list.
