hi ted,

i don't think we have a "policy" per se about this but i think it is 
a great idea to have a new liaison join in and have you there to help 
them through the process, what one we are developing as we go as 
well.  so my 5 cents is yes.  i think it makes total sense.  and i 
think it's cool that you are doing it this way and talking about it 
with the list.

i also would like to suggest that the new liaison reads through the 
imc finance summary i just put together.  i think it will provide a 
really good overview.  and maybe even raise some questions :)
