Ok. some time this weekend, they'll do an intro.
(and join the list)

Ya.... thank you very much for doing that.

I all ready posted the summary to our "local" list.

Over the past year I've been passing info back to our collective.

Over-all, the local collective in Victoria is very happy with the work
IMC-Finance has done.

we've had simular issues.

The "FORD" process, helped solve problems at the "local" level.

------ Limiting imput to ONE leason -------

I think it's a good idea.

the proposal defining leason (I think) means:

ONE leason for the 109 IMC's

and "un-affiliated" IMC'ers doing work, with in the network.

That's a lot of people...!

109 regional perspectives.

We are products of our local environments,

I don't sence duplicating the same perspective.

It's bad enough that North-American IMC's dominate the global map.

Can we spend some time

and complete/invent a policey to "rotate" leasons.

I'm a nice guy and I'm thrilled, that somebody else from our local collective
is interested in "finance" work.

Futher, I hope they learn fast .
(so we can benifit from their perspective)

OVER ALL, I hope they feel empowered enough to speak-up and become the leason
for Victoria-IMC.

But, what if i didn't want to quit...!

what process would somebody fallow, "to replace me"..?

what if, I didn't want to go... (where do I appeal..?)
