"Proposal B" - however, we still need time to discuss
"Proposal A."

San Francisco IMC endorses the 2 day decision-making
timeline for emergency funding.

San Francisco IMC endorses St. Louis IMC's proposal to
change the discussion period for expenditures below
$500 from 4 days to 1 week, with an added clause, 1
week *After translation*.  

In addition San Francisco IMC proposes to change the
discussion period for expenditures above $500 from 1
week to 1 month *After translation*. The one month
time period is to allow time for discussion by local
IMCs, which may only meet once per month.
