Hello Juho,

Chumbawamba sold their song. The money they got from that (after their label
& others got their part of it), was split in 2 and divided over Indymedia
and Corpwatch.

The money was donated no strings attached, which means we can use it as we
want to use it, which allows  us to use the money to make our network
stronger.

I don't know corpwatch, so I can't speak about them, but as far as I know,
Indymedia isn't really into campaigning against anythings. We work through
local collectives who set up a platform that allows people to make their own
media. Most collectives have a website with "open publishing" (which means,
people are free to post). (off course, people are free to publish about GM
there ...).

To answer you question directly, there will be no Indymedia campaign against
GM. But we won't complain if people start posting about it on our websites
:-)

BTW, since I see you live in Prague I want to ask you another question.
There are currently people busy with orgasing a local Indymedia collective
in Prague. If you're interested in it, I can send you some contact
addresses.

campaign against GM. Does a campaign like that already exist
and if yes, I'd like to know if there's been any new research done
about GM, and if any new info is available about the company.

There will be something about GM in the next Car Busters
magazine, so I thought it would be nice to include new facts or to
mention about the campaign in case something is going on.

So basically, my question was, what is the stage of the GM
campaign?
