[Imc-finance] Meeting DATE Changes: Re: PENDING: FUNDING REQUEST

In general i support this proposal but i have one worry. Winter's has
resubmitted the proposal requesting a total of $1600 instead of the inital
$600. Half of the new larger sum will be used for Winters to fly from
London to Nigeria to attend the meeting.
While i support us using money as part of encouraging networking and
travel. And i don't think i have much ground to critique Winter's desire
to be supported in attenting this meeing. I'm sure his attendance would be
a valueable addition.
I'm not saying i even object to us supporting Winters getting his ticket
paid for. I just wanted people to know that. The global fund does only
have so much money, and given the flap over the ford foundation grant i'd
be surprised if we were to get any new global funds.
To be clear the proposal states:
$600 for the Ambozonia imcistas to go to nigeria
$400 for imc nigeria to recieve them
$800 for winters to go to nigeria for the meeting.
