[Imc-finance] Clerification on the two proposals on the planned Regional meeting(Benin-Nigeria

I see there seem to be two different request for funds having to do with the planned meeting in Benin city Nigeria of imc-Ambazonia, imc-Nigeria and Jay Sand from imc-Philiadelphia  and I'm involved in both request.Thus it is worth explain how things came to be like they are, for better understanding. 
After we agreed on this meeting I wrote a proposal to IMC-Nigeria (based on a draft Jay had sent to Winter and me):

When I didn’t get any reply from IMC-Nigeria,  I discussed the whole issue with my comrades in IMC-Germany to write the proposal as it is

Which we sent to IMC-translation for translation before forwarding to imc-finance.

In the meantime IMC Nigeria sent the proposal to finance.

And as was planned the proposal I wrote with my comrades of IMC Germany too came to finance.
It took a while for me to write this mail becuase I don't have access all the time.
