 Dear finance; below is a mail from Winter with reference to the proposal relating to support for the regional meeting to take place in Benin city Nigeria.

Thus the the requested fund for the meeting is going to change as follows:

$1900-$800=$1100(USA)

The proposed budget $1,900 (USD) and the breakdown is as follows:
$600 for the Ambozonia imcistas to go to nigeria
$400 for imc nigeria to recieve them
--------------------------------------------------
Wiinter cannot afford to make trip again as explained in his email below. Which takes away the $800 for winters to go to nigeria for the meeting.
