Hi Jay,

Section "2.2 Proposal B" on the following page outlines the process for
making a funding decision:

The relevant section will either be "REGULAR FUNDING below 500$" or
"REGULAR FUNDING above 500$" (depending on if you propose a matching funds
scheme or not).

If you could put the following information at the beginning of your
email it would be helpful:

DISCUSSION PERIOD: [DATE RANGE]
DECISION DEADLINE: [DEADLINE DAY]; Noon GMT
An additional week-long discussion-extension would extend discussion to:

Examples of what this would look like are available on the Finance Working
Group Summary page.  Note that you should also do the following two
things:

1. Post the proposal on our working group summary page;
2. Send the proposal to the translate list and ask that it be posted to
the finance list once translated -- the discussion period (of 1 or two
weeks) will start 3 days after the proposal is sent to the translation
list.
