[Imc-finance] Request for support

My individual opinion: In the spirit of mutual aid we *should* equip the
Nigerian and Ambazonia IMCs as much as possible. If we can deliver a few
"portable reporting environments" to them, based on their need, then I think
we should do that. There would still be thousands left in the global IMC
fund, right?
