[Imc-finance] no block from STLIMC for emergency funding to Ecuador

This is Liz from St. Louis IMC.
I sent this request to our list last thursday. only one person wrote=20
back, and did not want to block the proposal. I don't want to block it=20=
either.
stlimc does not block the $500 emergency request from Ecuador IMC.
