Hi Sabastian (et al.),

Several IMCs have already added their support to the endeavor.  As the
liaison from the UCIMC, we also support this initiative.

I will put this on our summary page (url is in the footer of all messages
sent to this list).  And I'll send it to translation.  If someone else
could step forward to shepherd the other proposal(s) on this list -- I
think one person per proposal would be optimal... just put them into the
same format and send them to translation, we can continue making funding
allocations.
