[Imc-finance] AMBAZONIA/NIGERIA (proposal draft circulating)

Hi imc-finance,

Just a quick note to let you know that a draft has been circulated on the 
imc-ambazonia and imc-nigeria discussion lists of a possilbe proposal to 
imc-finance for 600 Euros to support a nigeria/ambazonia meeting over the 
week of November 25.  I'm letting people know so you can be sure to 
participate in any upcoming discussion.

The meeting will coincide with my visit to Nigeria, which is why I've 
become involved.  However, the initial request did come from Valentine from 
imc-ambazonia.  Also, as I'll be essentially away from e-mail for the next 
three weeks before I arrive in Nigeria, the proposal will come from 
imc-nigeria and imc-ambazonia directly.
