If I pick up the enemies gun to fight the enemy, I am discredited?

We had those who were upset that Seattle would go for monies from a city grant, gathered from cable taxes.  We are building a media center, greatly increasing our range of service.  And have yet to touch lip to city rear end.

I think the true test is the use, not the source.  Providing there is no compromise/lie within our request.

Every oportunity, any resource available.
