I'm confused about this.  Everything that UCIMC is involved in certainly
would not need to be discussed by everyone in the Global IMC network.

But when UCIMC or any other IMC is doing something that effects the entire
network, it seems it definately should be discussed openly with everyone
involved before a descision is made.

Did I misunderstand something you were referring to perhaps?
