[Imc-finance] Update of the twiki page

I have updated the twiki page of the IMC-Finance summary on FF grant 
issue. I have added the texts of three collectives rejecting the grant
(athens,melbourne,sf).

I don't have the time now to do a more thorough update, but the twiki 
tool is excellent and very helpful for summaries. Later this year, when 
i'll be having more time, i can volunteer to keep summaries of the 
list's activity there.

P.S. I'm lost with the process we follow to process the FF grant issue. 
Is there an IRC meeting scheduled any time soon?
