maybe making this a public anouncement and calling for the imc's who are
tinrested (outside the us) to write something up to send ot the donor
and then he decides?
the donor would have to agree with this first (since she will have to
read through all the write up).
write-ups oculd consist of whaty the imc is doing (has done in the past)
what the imc needs money for (eg plans to do in the futre)
just an idea,
