i'm wondering if we've done a feature on this?  seems like a good 
idea to me.  has there been much outreach on this?  do local imcs 
even know about this?  there may have been an email sent out but it 
slipped through my radar screen.

does anyone know what kind of announcements to the network we've done on this?
