[Imc-finance] imc st louis request for funding

hi indys:
although we understand and highly support the work imc st louis is 
carrying out -
imc uk considers that they should not be granted the request for 
funding.

imc st louis has the possibility of raising funding and the request is 
for a piece of  equipment which is not of essential or indispensable/
urgent character. the screenings can continue as before - and we hope 
that in due time the indys in st louis can acquire an own projector 
from locally raised funds.

i also personally agree with blicero/imc italy - we should primarily 
distribute funding to imcs in areas of the world that have scarce or no 
possibilities to raise fundings/travel/acquire computers etc.
