[Imc-finance] Crisis, what crisis?

Hi:
Trying to burn through the "fog" a bit here.... There have been quite a few
offers of tech help to this list recently, and those folks seem to have been
refered to their local imc's, which would be all fine except that I assume
that these offers may be the result of the "server crisis" msg. on the world
site. It is not clear to me, or I suspect to some others, what resources in
terms of people or $ are necessary to "solve" the "crisis". Where can the
details of the problem, and the plan to solve it be found
