i guess we can easily use more techies.
we operate at least 20 servers
10 codebases
150 sites ...

we have to refer them to local imc's since there's for sure not an (infra)structure
or model to effectively integrate new people in global tech working groups ...
(see my mail from yesterday in imc-tech).
