Yo saque la propuesta para esta revista desde la lista de cmi-ecuador y
publique esta en docs.indy para gente a leer. Por suspuesto es en
castellano y tiene muchimas mas informacion. Tambien creo que es un buen
projecto.

I took the proposal for this publication from the cmi-ecuador list and
published it on docs.indy for people to read. Of course it is only in
spanish and has a whole lot more information about the project. I also
believe this is a good project from what i know of it.
