Hallo Imc Finance,Communication, Process,

[ This is the english Translation ]

Indymedia West-Vlaanderen had yesterday a meeting. We discussed what's
going on in Imc Finance and reached consensus on the following:

Our proposals for imc finance

- - Imc Finance has to be a list were all imc's are represented and
participate. There must be another call to all imc's to join the list &
participate on it. Imc's that don't participate in let's say 2 months
should
  or a) not be seen as an imc any longer
  or b) We should take away their rights to criticise what's going on in
Imc Finance (we think participation is principal condition to have the
right to decide/...).

- - Imc-finance can only accept money 'no strings attached'

- - We need to demand control on how donors use indymedia (in
publications, ...)

- -  TMF, and other funds are allowed to do fundraising but without
mentioning indymedia. If they get money, they can donate it to indymedia
 'no strings attached'


- - Imc Finance can only accept money where we know and accept where it
comes from
