I am Joe, the financial liason from the newly formed Arkansas IMC.  I look 
forward to working with all of you.  Please feel free to browse our new site 
and learn what is going on in Arkansas, an American state that is home to 
Wal-Mart and finally starting to become politically active.

Our collective is small right now, but diverse.  We are trying to overcome 
geographical distances and a lack of technology.  Most of us work on public 
computers.
