[Imc-finance] (Vic-IMC) please welcome a new leasion.

some time tonight Victoria IMC will have a new leasion.

They hope to be more effective in reflecting a "concensus" based comment from
the "victoria-IMC' perspective.

My approch has been one of  leasion acting independantly durring discussion,
and seeking consensus on voting issues.

Perhaps empowered leasion means more.

Perhaps some of my own short commings are to blame too.

Empowerment from what I understand, has to be such that includes the whole
group...!

so if thats true for the victoria collective I feel my comments about the
issues (here) will be reflected by my "local" empowered leasion.

would the empowered leasion be a simple messenger,

or do they inititate "local" discussion and then the reflect consensus...?

do they select an issue that has local impact,
or do they report all discussion to their "local" collectives...?
