[Imc-finance] SEATTLE SUPPORTS: Proposal 2003-A: IMC Argentina Funding

hi everyone,

the seattle imc supports this disbursement of funds.  the pending 
proposals were discussed last night at the general meeting and 
because of the timeframe, this proposal was given priority.  we will 
be making a decision on the other 2 proposals on-line and will share 
our responses in the next few days.
