Tentative Discussion Deadline:  January 13, 2003 -- Noon GMT (a request
was made for a shorter discussion period because there are costs that need
to be paid soon.  The two-week deadline is January 17). Originally

Summary:  IMC Brasil general request - for world social forum organizing
in Porto Alegre and having an IMC Brasil national organizational meeting.
Rio de Janeiro request:  for a video projector for doing screenings daily
at the youth camp at the WSF and then following the forum, the projector
would be for ongoing work in Rio, where the Internet is not the primary
means of media activism and where video projects are central to their
work.
