[Imc-finance] *PENDING* Proposal 2003-C: IMC Brasil WSF Funding (Deadline 01/13/03)

Hey i'm wondering if we couldnt' find some money from sources outside the
global fund to help with part of this money for imc brasil. It's a lot of
to come out of the global fund. The WSF is also a high profile event, it
seems like we should be able write up something about the cool stuff
indymedia will be doing at the WSF. If we sent it around and did some
calling i'm sure we could scare up some money.
