[Imc-finance] *DEADLINE TOMORROW* Proposal 2003-B: IMC Brasil Funding

hey,

For the imc-brasil proposal, there were no comments or questions raised
within imc-wvl

As imc-wvl just started up, and there's still lots of different work, i
didn't manage to organise the liaison-system for imc-finance on a local
level very well yet (there should be a balance between as much participation
as possible, and not giving the other volunteers too much work in a few
weeks, it just requires an extra effort from me, and i will make time for
that before our next meeting at the end of the month); the proposal was sent
to our mailinglist, with a deadline till when ppl could react, and before
that deadline nobody did

>From a personal view, not speaking as a liaison now (as i didn't have the
time to put into a decent discussion) i agree on the concerns of imc-athens
and imc-seattle.
