[Imc-finance] *PASSED* Proposal 2003-A: IMC Argentina Funding

Sorry for taking so long to repply but our plan to send money with
rabble iddnt quite work out, right now im working with Shery and a
friend of hers. We will attmept to have the money transfered to the
acocunt of a IMC meber traveling tot he WSf so that the IMC member can
withdraw the money once in brasilo and hand it to a IMC Argentina
memeber who will then go down to BA, we have not budgeted for the
Western Union charges and thus we will try to avoid it 

if the above plan doesnt work out we will however have to use WU since
we have no money left down here...
