Saludos gente amable de imc-finance,

nosotros el colectivo tech para el servidor ender recibimos muchos mensajes
parecidos a el mensaje abajo. si viene de un nuevo colectivo en américa
del norte, les decimos que podemos ayudar si ellos cubren sus propios
costos de anchura de banda al mismo precio que nosotros pagamos. sin
embargo, para ellos no de américa del norte estamos poco dispuesto a
hacer esta demanda de ellos, aunque nosotros no podemos asumir los costos.

podemos crear un proceso por el cual el red global cubra los costos de
anchura de banda para los IMCs que nosotros acordamos a ser anfitriones,
pero solo despues de que hayan agotado todos sus opciones que son
gratis?
