Hi Luis and everyone,
WOW! Luis, this is really impressive on all fronts. Even if a few months behind, it's really great to see it all on paper and see the accounting and what was left over. I think you all are setting a really powerful precedent and thanks for doing it so well!
PROPOSAL TO REIMBURSE PABLO ORTELLADO (IMC SAO PAOLO)
Summary: Use funds currently in the bank in Brasil to reimburse Pablo $50 for his meeting with IMC Colombia in May.
Pablo made an emergency request to this list back in May when he was going to rearrange his travel plans in order to go to Bogota to meet with the IMC Colombia collective. Pablo from Argentina and myself were both there and supported him making that request. There was never a response to that request.
Are there any concerns about using the funds that they have in the bank in Brasil to reimburse Pablo for $50? If there are no concerns within the next 72 hours, can you distribute those funds to Pablo before returning the funds to global?
Thanks again Luis for all the work that went into the accounting and to make the wsf events happen!

>The Rio de Janeiro collective requested funds to buy a video projector.
>Due
>to the difference in the dollar quotation from the day the request was

>to the day the funds were sent, the sum received in reais was as little

>less than what we asked for. Between January 3rd and January 15th,
