PROPOSAL TO REIMBURSE PABLO ORTELLADO (IMC SAO PAOLO)

Summary:  Use funds currently in the bank in Brasil to reimburse Pablo $50
for his meeting with IMC Colombia in May.

Pablo made an emergency request to this list back in May when he was going
to rearrange his travel plans in order to go to Bogota to meet with the IMC
Colombia collective.  Pablo from Argentina and myself were both there and
supported him making that request.  There was never a response to that
request.
